Who we are

This website is operated by Noelia Reyes, an independent artist based in Spain, reachable at liarys.art@gmail.com.

What data we collect

The data that may be processed is:

  • Server logs — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be recorded automatically by the hosting provider for security and uptime purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Email correspondence — if you contact us at liarys.art@gmail.com, your email address and message content are processed solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Purchase data — if you make a purchase, your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details are collected and processed by our payment service providers (see below). We do not store card details ourselves.

Third-party service providers

This site uses the following third-party services:

  • Snipcart — shopping cart and order management. Snipcart loads a JavaScript bundle from their CDN and stores cart session data in your browser (cookies and localStorage). Purchase data (name, email, address, order contents) is transmitted to Snipcart for order processing. See their Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details entered at checkout are handled directly by Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site. See their Privacy Policy.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set its own cookies. However, Snipcart uses cookies and browser localStorage to maintain your shopping cart session. These are strictly functional and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at liarys.art@gmail.com. For data held by Snipcart or Stripe, please contact them directly via their respective privacy policies.
